Serenity
is not Freedom from the Storm but peace
within the Storms and here there is enough
space and privacy to retreat, relax and
restore your soul; to contemplate nature
and life, breathe the pure air and gaze
at unpolluted skies.
Marvel
at the forces of nature so evident in
the Tsitsikamma as you walk beneath huge
multi-hued skies, savouring the sights
and sounds of the indigenous forests,
the fynbos and Indian ocean @ the nearby
Storms River Mouth (Tsitsikamma National
Park) – the home of the world famous
Otter Trail. |

and a love of humanity – reflecting
in their open, friendly and ever helpful
approach with guests.

Our
fun filled forest dorpie has coffee shops,
some small shops and a liquor store, an
Adventure and Info Centre, a Mountain
Spa and is home to the famous Tsitsikamma
Canopy Tours and many other eco-activities.

VIBRANT
COMMUNITY:
Perhaps
the most surprising aspect of
Stormsriver Village is that it
is a Vibrant Community where people
still care and co-operate –
smiles, open and friendly faces,
an unhurried way of life and relative
cross cultural harmony are the
default setting of this fun filled
forest dorpie – people here
really do go the extra mile.
The
pace of life is reminiscent of
times long forgotten and guests
can be forgiven for thinking they
have stepped back to an era where
principles came before personalities
and people lived in the spirit
of Ubuntu. |
|
|
 |
|
|
| This
feeling of safety, and the warm
welcome provided by your hosts & the local
community... embrace the visitor and really invite you
to linger longer and absorb the relaxed &
revitalizing atmosphere of the Tsitsikamma. |
